Our process starts with an initial briefing that helps us to build an understanding of your requirements and taste. It's at this point we also cover off budget, inspiration / ideas and any specific requirements you might have for the space.
We'll then come back to you with a mood board for discussion. This visualises the overall concept and if necessary, will contain suggested furniture and soft furnishing options. This is an iterative process so we work with you to finalise the concept before sourcing what we need to bring it to life.

Space planning
If your project is smaller, maybe just a room or two, then I can put together a plan to help you visualize how your room can best be laid out, using both your existing and new furniture.
It is so important to consider the flow within your room. By carefully considering your interior layout, you can be sure to achieve not only a space that looks beautiful, but also one that functions beautifully.
When selecting the size and style of furniture, both freestanding and fitted, there are many elements that need to be carefully considered. I can help you to optimise the way your rooms work, so that they are easy and enjoyable to live in. Door, window and lighting location are just some of the factors that need to be kept in mind when looking at how a space is furnished.
Once we are happy with the flow and layout of your spaces, I can then assist in ordering and implementing the choices we have made to complete your room/s.
Colour consultation
It’s incredible the difference a fresh coat of paint or a few new accessories can make, to both the exterior and interior of your home. I can provide you with a “map” of which colours to use where. This is particularly important for the exterior of your property. I am happy to work with your existing colour scheme to add some depth and interest, for example re-painting exterior trims and doors to complement the existing main paintwork. Or I can completely change the look of your home, with new colours everywhere.
The same applies to your interior. Sometimes it is just a case of injecting a few new accessories in a different colour to give you a fresh new look. Other times, an entirely new paint scheme can quickly and relatively inexpensively transform your interior.
Colour schemes are of course not only limited to paint and wall coverings. They also include many other items such as curtains, flooring, upholstery and soft furnishings on the inside. These are all the layers that piece together to create an interesting and enticing interior. On the exterior, exciting colour schemes beyond simply the paint can also be achieved. This is done by utilising accent colours for items such as outdoor squabs and cushions, pots and even in the planting.
